26. Are there any, and what causes, impeding the progress of Education in your Parish? if so, what means are likely to remove or diminish those causes ?

Specify here whether the Aid sought is for Building, or Salary, or for both; and in case of application for aid for Building, state exactly from what sources you expect to derive the sum mentioned in your Estimate.
