To seine, detain ia'n'd capture vessels navigating under the pro taction of licences granted in pursuance of an Act of Parliament made in the 43d year of the King, intituled, Arr Act to permit during the continuance of hostilities, and until sift months after the ratification of a'd'etinitive treaty of peace, the importation into Great Britain and Ireland, in neutral vessels from' states in amity With his Majesty, of certain goods, wares and merchandise, and to empower his' Majestyby Order in Council, to prohibit the exportation of copper, and to permit the importation in neutral vessels from states not in amity with his Majesty, of certain goods, wares and' memhandizeg and hf another Act of Parliament?
